Driving Sustainable Mobility: Our Contribution to the City's Public Transport
As a company, we understand the importance of contributing to society and doing our part to improve it. At TFlowLab, we love our city and want it to be as efficient as possible. That’s why we’re excited to announce our first company policy: covering the cost of public transportation for all our employees.
My Experience in Urban Mobility
This post is especially personal for me. I spent ten years working at Transportes Metropolitanos de Barcelona, where I learned about mobility and visited various cities to understand the complexity of moving millions of people each day. Afterwards, I dedicated five years as the Head of Innovation in Barcelona Municipal Services, working on significant projects that affected combined mobility and private transport. I know that if more companies took the initiative to actively promote public transport among their employees, the benefits would be enormous.
Our Public Transport Policy
We’re not just stopping at providing transport tickets to our employees. We also want to raise awareness about the impact of public transport. We’ll share the most relevant news from the sector monthly to understand how we can make better use of this essential service.
Conclusion
We believe that this policy will not only benefit our employees but will also contribute to a more sustainable and efficient city. It’s a small step towards a greener future, and we’re excited to be a part of it.
I’d like to share some interesting sites about public transport:
